“Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even. And such a treat. Breakfast was delicious and set us up well for the day ahead. We loved it so much we are thinking of changing our travel plans to be able to stay on our way back north through France! Thank you Benjamin and family for a truly memorable stay!”

“Wonderful château and gardens with a stunning indoor pool complex. No dining but breakfast was excellent and some tasty snacks were available. Service was superb - veey helpful and welcoming.”
