The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 36 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île in the heart of Île Saint-Louis. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower room; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.

Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.
