The staff is so friendly and nice

Accommodation was compact but had all the essentials and a comfy bed. It is located next to the Lisbon - Cascais rail line, so our room facing the line did receive noise from passing trains, but did not bother us - advantage was ease and convenience of catching train to tourist destinations along the line.

I had a great stay at Chic Studios. Carla and Ricardo were wonderful. Carla especially was super in helping me with my bulky luggage, extending my stay, and being a warm and welcoming presence :) To add some context for the other reviews-- the pool is small, yes, but the lounge area is large and nice. Kids would definitely love the pool. The train does pass by close, but it's very quiet (think lightrail, no horn) and the windows are double-paned and well-sealed. There is a lift (your typical small European style), but I was able to fit my large luggage inside. There was a nice desk in my room and huge closet.

It was a very cute space and theme. The location is amazing with easy access to the beach, stores and transportation. My only “ok” is that there is no elevator so big/heavy luggage will be hard to get up the 2 flights and no where in the room to sit besides the bed. All in all, I thought it was a great place for what I needed for two days.

Very new apartment, with clean amenities and utensils. Everything was provided to use small kitchen utilities. Had problem with the tv reception and a leaking shower. Not fixed during our three day stay. They forgot to replenish our towels but were kind enough to give us breakfast vouchers for local cafe which was great. Would suggest a small table and chairs as there is no where to sit in the room except on the bed. It is probably too small. Very close to station for 30 minute trip into Lisbon. Local area was close to beach and shopping.

The room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, very clean and fresh. Good facilities in studio - kettle, toaster, microwave, smoothie maker, fridge and hob. Shower was very good, bright clean tiles. Towels were changed daily and bedding was changed mid week. Air conditioning worked well. We were in Ingrid Bergman room - loved the movie star theme. Situated close to train station (so you did hear the trains but it didn’t bother us) if you don’t have a car. Also close to cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Were given vouchers for free breakfast for the 1st 2 days which was a nice surprise - we ended up going there every morning. Close to a super beach - Carcavelos - walked there first day then took the car - free parking across the road from beach. Very pleased with everything overall.

chic flats and suites was the perfect place for us! It’s a beautifully decorated place and had everything we needed for our stay. We were in one of the suites so had a small kitchen which was very well equipped and the fridge was really useful to have as well! It is a little outside of the city centre but suited us as we had a car and intended to visit many places around Lisbon. There is no official parking but we managed to street park for free every night there is also a paid car park very close by. The train station was really helpful as well when we ventured into the city centre and didn’t want to take the car. The staff were really helpful and although it said our room would only be cleaned once per stay it was actually cleaned everyday apart from one which was a nice surprise.
