Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast had good selection and tasted good. Would not hesitate to stay here again. One of the nicer places I have stayed on a budget.
I would give this property a 6 or 7 out of 10. The room was ok and I didn't notice any glaring maintenance issues, but it wasn't my favorite hotel ever. We used the pull out bed and there was a pair of children's pj pants and lots of crumbs in the bed. The queen beds are pretty uncomfortable... Even my teenage some complained that his back hurt when he woke up. I have slept in worse bed, but it definitely wasn't comfortable. I will probably choose a different hotel the next time I'm in Mt. Vernon.
Not what we expected. Kim at the front desk was very harsh and when I asked fot extra items I felt like we were invading on her time. The room was just ok, extremely hot in the rooms, no matter what we did and the refrigerator kept things barely cold. Then the worst was the pool that was cold and the hot tub did not work.
