Breakfast was good, the hotel was pretty much what you’d expect. The beds were comfortable with four pillows a piece and the bathrooms were roomy.
The rooms were extremely dirty. We were there for a wedding and had 4 rooms. They were a great size, but we had to go buy Clorox wipes to wipe off all the dust. There was mold in one of the rooms and hair on the pillows and in the bathroom. They didn’t clean out the fridge from the previous guests and it still had alcohol in it. Another fridge had mold growing in it. We changed one room once and it only improved mildly. When we tried to speak with the General Manager, he was rude and dismissive. The other front desk staff were kind, but could only do so much because of the gm. The hot tub smelled like urine. The breakfast was decent and clean, but the bartender said she didn’t know how to make a gin and tonic or an Aperol spritz. We were also supposed to get a $15/day food and beverage credit that they didn’t apply.
The bathroom shower vent was very dusty. There was mold in all 4 corners of the shower floor, there was a stain that could’ve been cleaned under the sink behind the garbage can and all of the bottles of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner needed to be refilled. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful!
