“We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. “Spacious clean room. Plentiful breakfast and nice evening meals. Staff very polite and happy to help with anything. A couple of lovely beaches within a 15 minute walk but a golf buggy shuttle was available also. Resort fairly empty as early in the season, only one restaurant open but it appeared like there would be more choice later in the year. Would definitely return. ”

“Quiet resort. Beaches are beautiful. Please note - children are only allowed in Conrad pool if they are ‘silent or very very quiet’, otherwise they are asked to use the Hotel Village pool (a lower quality hotel). Also on the beach, there is only one umbrella allocated to a room, and so only enough shade for 2 people. If there is a child/children in your room or suite they are not allowed another umbrella. (Despite there being many on the beach unused). ”

“A beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities, wonderful restaurants and food, excellent entertainment in the evenings, 5 Star services for transport to fantastic beaches. A big call out to all the friendly and helpful staff to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. This is the third time I have been to the hotel and would highly recommend anyone looking for 5 star luxury in Sardinia.”
