“The staff is all incredible. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, however the hotel is tired & dated. The common areas (hallways, stairwells, pool area) are not cleaned or maintained. Also no lighting in the stairwell. I was disappointed in my selection of hotel. ”

“The hotel overall was okay. The rooms themselves were updated and had most all you could need while the common areas could benefit from a refresh. The breakfast was the real star of the stay. The biggest issue we had was the internet was incredibly slow and made even basic tasks hard to accomplish. It was so slow some days that we could not even load a speed test to document how slow it was performing. If you need to be connected while in Palau, this would not be a good hotel choice as cellular service is already a challenge on the island making wifi vital. The staff however was always nice and the location of the hotel was good. So it really comes down to what you need in a stay. ”
