“Everything was great from the friendly employees to the breakfast. The pool looked refreshing but didn’t make it there. Too tired after being out in the heat all day. It was a holiday week and still didn’t have a lot of noise, Close to or short drive to everything—The Landing for all your shopping needs, Silver Dollar City, Truth Travler ( a for sure must see). Tanger outlet Mall. Also plenty of places to eat. We can’t wait for our next trip back, and knowing where to stay again at the Crestview Inn is on my list for sure.”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times. When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. It took several minutes for someone to show up and when he did he look irritated, like I had interrupted him or was an inconvenience. Very cold welcome. The rooms are nice. Clean. Bare minimum amenities. The room was hot, even with the air on full blast. We bought a fan just to stay cool (The staff informed me that they had fans we could have used, but we needed one for our house so we just bought one). The rooms cold water would not work in the shower. I had to have my husband pour a cold bottle of water on me while in the nuclear shower. The pool is only open from 10 am to 9 pm, not exactly enjoyable when in summer where the days are long and hot. It was not the most enjoyable time, but I guess it could have been worse.”
