Positive: This is my second time I stayed in this apartment for a work trip and it is worth the stay, it is warm, charming and all the confort is available given it's in the center.
The wifi is stable for the working environment and it's also a calm place.
The Sea view in the apartment helps you relax if you like the sound of waves and the morning Sea view.
The staff is kind and professional.

very good location near evrything , good standard in whole appartment ,as well the kitchen , very beautiful decoration ,art , design, the appartment has a reservoir of weater when the weater cut in the public so you have weater for you
so dont have a problem untill the weater public be back i think is a problem for whole tunisia not only sousse city
the place is safe , quiet and well equipped ,
the satff in your hand if you need anyhelp
i do highly recommend it to anyone

The apartment is greatly located near the beach in Hammam Sousse. We liked the warm and artistic touch of the decorations in the apartment and the equipment. All the rooms have seaview and there is a nice balcony with sea view from the double room. It is possible to access the terrace on the roof of the building with faboulous view over the beach in front. We were there with our three kids and the house is perfect for a family stay. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are close by. Also a little kids park is available at walking distance, which is a good plus for travellers with kids. The owner of the apartment was very supportive, friendly and helpful.
Negative:
All ok. I would suggest to install mosquito nets (not many mosquitos there, but even one can be annoying)
