“I first visited the Hotel Medina nearly 30 years ago when I called in for a coffee during a visit to Sousse. I was taken then with the delightful courtyard. I promised myself then that one day I would stay here. We stayed here for two nights and I was not disappointed. The courtyard was as delightful as I remembered it to be. We were given a very friendly welcome on arrival and shown to our room. We had a large airy room with a large en-suite and outside we had use of a shared terrace that was full of sunshine in the afternoon. As the name implies, the hotel is right on the edge of the Medina and the main Souks of Sousse making for a very convenient location. Our breakfast was delicious and plentiful and I can recommend the coffee! There is public car parking available for a small fee just a short walk away. There are plenty of original features in the public areas of the hotel making it a joy to walk around.”
