“Makella and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. Keep In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property ”

“The staff was the best and the restaurant is excellent. A different (quiet) part of the island, which was fun to see! Need a car rental, but worth it to see all the beaches!”

“Very poor customer service and communication. Any reservations made through the hotel is CONTROLLED by the hitel and you are not allowed to communicate directly with the company you have booked something with. Makes things very frustrating and results in poor service all around. Rooms was dirty and mold in the shower. On-site restaurant was terrible! Strongly do not recommend this property. ”
