“Pubic hair in the tub, dried pee at the bottom of the toilet. Hairdryer falling off the wall, less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no new roll available without having to ask (2 day stay), smoke detector was disabled on the shelf, dresser drawer was full of someone else's food including 2 bananas that were all shriveled up weeks old, pool was closed, breakfast was till 9am. We went at 7:30 and coffee and fruit were gone and not replaced. TV was barely watchable because it was constantly buffering. Won't stay here again. It was probably a good thing the pool was closed because had we swam in it I'm not sure it would have been sanitary based on the rest of the room. You get what you pay for. I just wanted a clean room!”

“Our room’s smoke/fire detector was missing. The ceiling fan didn’t work. The toilet was sunken into the floor through the broken tiles and was unstable. No one was at the front desk at checkout to talk to or print out a receipt.”

“Great check in, and I was happy to get a room that was easy to access. My room was clean and comfortable, although some updating is probably necessary. But considering the price, I felt I got a great deal. ”

“I made my reservation because the rating was 8.5 on Expedia. The price was very inexpensive so I thought it was a hidden gem. But the room was not inviting. The walls, ceiling and carpet in my room were in poor repair and needed cleaning. The reception staff was great. Parking was good. I expected better because of the rating on Expedia of 8.5. I would give it a 4. I will not stay there again.”
