There is also a pullout couch. There is a large dock for hanging out / sunbathing. There is not a full kitchen, but there is an outdoor grill and coffee. You are surrounded by nature - this is a true escape! If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway, this is it! *Wifi is spotty! Do not rely on it!*
The space:
El Camino sits between the main house and a barn. The main house is a separate rental property. The barn will be locked and is not for guest's use. Please take a look at the arial photos at the end of the listing to see the proximity of the main house to El Camino. There is a front porch that overlooks Jutland Creek which leads out to the Potomac River. The dock beautiful - there are always eagles, osprey and heron flying across the water; crabs and fish swimming by the dock, and very few properties in sight. It is a very peaceful getaway.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the grounds and the shared dock. They do not have access to the main house or the porch on the main house.
