Positive: The location was excellent — close to the beach, supermarkets, shopping centres and most of the places we wanted to visit, while still being far enough away from the busy areas to be very quiet at night. For us, it was the perfect location.
The apartment itself was very cosy and extremely comfortable. One of the biggest highlights for me was definitely the air conditioning. We had a few very hot days during our stay, and having good AC made a huge difference.
Everything in the apartment, from the appliances to the kitchen utensils, felt almost brand new and was very well looked after. The whole place was spotless when we arrived. The bed was firm but very comfortable, and we slept really well.
We spent a few evenings staying in, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals easily without any fuss. The shower was excellent, and having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a big bonus, especially as we could get all our clothes washed and dried before travelling back home.
The balcony is small, but more than enough to sit outside in the evening, relax and enjoy the breeze.
Overall, everything was excellent and I honestly couldn’t find anything to fault. We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay here again.
Negative: This is honestly just me being very picky, because I really couldn’t find anything negative about the apartment itself.
When we arrived, we were given a small map showing where to park, as the street is quite narrow and most local residents park along the side of the road. We arrived quite late at night after meeting some friends for dinner in Maspalomas, and when we looked at the map, we found it a little difficult to understand exactly where the car park was.
It took us around 20 minutes to find it, which was actually quite funny afterwards because the parking area is right in front of the apartment, just below it. Once you know where it is, it’s incredibly easy.
So this is really only a small suggestion rather than a negative point: perhaps a slightly clearer map, a photo, or a more detailed explanation of how to find the parking area would make things easier for guests arriving for the first time, especially at night.
But again, I really want to stress that this did not affect our stay at all. Everything was excellent, and I honestly couldn’t fault the place even if I tried.

The apartment is well equipped, they had everything we needed. The host was so kind to even keep a welcome gift for us, provided additional towels, the apartment was cool when we came in.
Check-in and check-out instructions were promptly provided, and the host made it very easy for us to travel.
There's a Spar grocery store at the end of the street, and is well stocked.
Negative:
Nothing we did not like about the apartment itself.
It is 15mins from Las Palmas airport however we did not find much public transport around, so would recommend hiring a car to travel around the Island. Maspalomas is 40mins & Roque Nublo is ca. 90mins by drive.
Summary: Highly recommend this for a happy, comfortable trip!

Beatiful and modern apartment, SUPER clean, everything smelling nice when checking-in. Check-in was smooth, we received the code even before 3pm. Hosts are responsive and very kind! Multiple clean towels, beach towels and blankets are available, more than you need. Additionally, there is a washing and drying machine, which made the stay very comfortable! We also had soap, (body wash was missing), dishwashing liquid, capsules for washing, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complimentary coffee pods, tea, salt, olive oil. There is a microwave and an induction plate. We had 4 plates, large amount of cutlery, multiple mugs, wine glasses, 2 teflon pans (little scratched), 2 ceramic pots, and 2 steel pots. It was a fully functional kitchen, you could basically cook anything you wanted on a vacation, except for over food, but who wants to bake on vacation, right? There are 2 A/Cs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. While some people mention, that the street light in shining right into the living room window, if you close the curtains, and close the bedroom door for sleeping, that is no problem at all. If you rent a car, the apartment is in perfect spot, Maspalomas is 40 mins away, Las Palmas even less, and you can go to Telde Alcampo for groceries. So overall, very satisfied, would definitely book again!!!
Negative:
Bed is a small, so unless you travel solo or with a partner, this could be an issue. Parking was a NIGHTMARE. The host offered a private space to be rented, but we didn't understand, if he/she already has it, why isn't it included in the price? So we decided not to pay for it. I recommend you try parking at Calle Agustin Peñate Peñate, there you are more likely to find a free space. When we parked in Calle Nayra, some locals threw wet paper and trash to our rented car, which is funny, because we are from mainland Spain, so we are also dumb tourists? Maybe they should blame the municipality for the parking issue, and not be aggressive towards other people?
Summary: Clean apartment, with A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Only problem is parking.

everything is new and clean, normally equipped. enough space for a short stay for two people. kind and helpful owner. near private parking for extra but it worth the money, because a few parking place and lot of cars on streets there.
Negative:
The building is new, but the surroundings are not exactly uplifting. The balcony overlooks the back of an industrial estate, the other window overlooks a mini scrapyard. The surroundings are not pleasant. The house is very narrow because the base is triangular, and the stairs are at the narrow top. The worst point is the bed. It is very small. My son and I, who are 13 years old, could not sleep comfortably. My legs were hangs out from the bed, there was not enough room to turn around so that the other person would not wake up. If you are 160cm tall and weigh a maximum of 50 kg, then two of you can sleep.

Stunning apartment with an excellent host the fruit bowl and bottled water was a nice unexpected bonus. The streets around the property are very narrow and like most places on the island parking is at a premium.The host has a car park space nearby and if your parking skills are not good you would be better renting it. The street parking didn't detract from our experience but you need to be aware of it. Overall a beautiful property that we would certainly return to. I don't usually leave reviews however this property deserves to have an exceptional rating
