Pier 31

Pier 31 is an apartment stay in Telde with a waterfront setting that keeps the coast close and the day easy to shape around it. From here, Melenara Beach is a 5 minute walk away, while Gran Canaria Airport is a short drive at 5.6 miles and Yumbo Centrum is also within reach for a longer outing. The location gives you a practical base with sea views and direct access to the rhythm of the shoreline. Inside, the apartments are designed for time spent settling in. Each unit offers air conditioning, a terrace or balcony, a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. A private bathroom with a walk in shower and hair dryer adds comfort, while bed linen and towels are provided in every apartment. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, so it is easy to plan the next stop or keep work moving between walks. Some units also open to sea views, which bring the setting into the room. The building keeps things straightforward with family rooms, elevator access, contactless check in and check out, and free parking where available. A paid airport shuttle is available for arrivals and departures, which makes the transfer simple if you are carrying more than a day bag. Pier 31 feels considered and practical, with the calm of an apartment stay and the ease of staying close to the coast, the airport, and the wider pace of Telde.
