Positive: Loved that it was across from the harbor, the view of the water was amazing, the living room was very large and spacious and so are the two bedrooms. They have a small wc upstairs too and the main bathroom downstairs. Very clean and spacious. A very family friendly home! The hosts Jeremy and Ally were also very kind and only a message away if we needed it. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re interested in Falmouth for a nice vacation and saving some money while still being close to the harbor!
Negative: There wasn’t a washer/dryer which would be very handy for long stays especially with beachwear but there are places available up the hill. The apartment itself is up a flight of stairs as well as the bedrooms. Also only one parking space and the neighbor said we can’t park another car behind our spot so we had to move it to the road. But still very great property! Highly Recommend!

Positive: Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped and super clean! Jeremy and Ally are very kind and responsive hosts.
The apartment is a little far from the center. It takes a good 20 minutes to walk there, but it's a nice stroll.
In short, I recommend it without reservation. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Falmouth!
Negative: A washing machine would be a plus for long stays, but that's just nitpicking.

Nice large sitting room with view.
Owner sorted out a minor issue very promptly & was very generous with welcome pack/provisions.
The owners have clearly spent a lot of money on refurbishment to this property & there are some nice touches.
Liked the on demand hot water.
Good location for access to Penryn & Falmouth. We walked into town from flat - a good hike uphill & down.
Negative:
Hard to warm the place up. Didn't want to use the additional heater under the TV as mindful of electricity costs but did briefly on a couple of evenings. The throws were useful.
Right next to main road into Falmouth so lots of traffic noise on that side (twin bedroom) but fine in master & sitting room.
Suspect both issues secondary to poor quality double glazing & insulation due to era that property built.
The parking space would be very tight for a larger car.
