“No front desk staff at hotel, all done remotely like an Airbnb. Prompt response via text message. Room very generous in size. No AC, heat only so bring a fan for circulation of air. Old building, updated room.”

“Except for the temperature, the stay was great. Each day we got back to the room, the temperature was in the 90s. There was no air conditioner to cool the room down. We opened the windows. About midnight- 1am the room got bearable when it was 50 degrees outside. I went home sick.”

“It’s summertime and the air conditioner wasn’t working, there’s no front desk so I couldn’t complain about it. I opened the window and when it came time to go to bed the window wouldn’t lock. The room I was in was outdated but the bed was comfortable. You also hear every little movement from your neighbors. One night was okay if you absolutely have to stay there but if you’re planning multiple nights I would look elsewhere.”

“The view is great and location is awesome. Comfortable beds. It was hot in Colorado when we stayed!! No air conditioning!!! I may have missed this tiny detail when we booked! We had one window to open. The other glass window was broke with tape on it. For a girls trip, sleeping with a window open was bit unnerving and did not get a lot of sleep. It stayed 81 in the rooms the whole time we stayed. The water pressure was next to zero in the shower/bathtub when you turned the hot water on. It was impossible to take a shower or wash your hair unless you just went for it in cold water. The toilet had great pressure. If you are staying in the cold months, you would be set with the heaters in each room. The water pressure definitely leaves something to be desired.”

“The room was big it hd two rooms so that was a plus since there was 5 of us. The hot tub isnt working and I didn't like the fact that there wasn't anyone there to check in with, but they do text you a key number ro get into the room so that was good. However it was a decent price.”

“"Remote check in", what a crock of sh...ZERO staff onsite! No A/C in the rooms, no ice machine on the property, no amenities of any kind! You could save a few buck and sleep under a bridge. If you dont do a pre-check in, they expect you to email a Pic of you DL, and other steps you do at a real hotel check in needs to be done on your phone just to get the code for the room door lock.
No where in the listing does it tell you this. I ended up going to the Quality inn down the road to check in. I WILL NEVER EVER stay at this "self check in" 4 seasons again or the hotel across the street or the Quality inn down the road (all owened by the same people) ever again!”

“Can't complain to much, we were in a pinch and this was short notice. But it could've been cleaner and the shower had seen better days, and no AC (we may have overlooked this little detail when booking). All first world problems for sure, just passing along.”
