The space
This is a grand 22-room house built in 1920. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 sunrooms, a very large foyer, parlor, library, dining room, breakfast room / butler's pantry, laundry room, downstairs dressing room, upstairs office, a bonus game room, and 2 glassed-in sleeping porches with three additional single beds (pictures available upon request).
Please note that the sleeping porch beds are an added "bonus" to the general listing with an additional $30 per sleeping porch bed per stay - please see "House Rules" at the bottom of the screen. The sleeping porches are insulated and are glasses in, but their availability is weather dependent (usually unavailable in the summer due to the weather - heat).
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard. Depending on the length of stay and/or weather, it may be necessary for a gardener to attend the needs of the outdoor space periodically.

Bedroom #1 is downstairs with a handicap accessible attached bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
Please note, there are 2 outdoor cameras and an alarm system for your safety. There are no cameras inside the house, however. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
