Beautiful rooms! I really enjoyed my stay, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hostess was so accommodating, and the property is just stunning. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful property which has been meticulously renovated and wonderfully maintained. The attention to detail is impressive and you can clearly see the passion that the owner, Brenda, has put into running the inn. Breakfast was perfect - Christy is an amazing baker and her muffins are out of this world! Our stay was way too short but definitely a highlight of our trip. Would absolutely return.

This place is a jewel! We were greeted by the owner, she was waiting for us, we were running late, the ambiance is phenomenal, beautiful spacious room, updated and comfortable, super clean, the bathroom has all the comfort you can ask for, the bed is very comfy,, we cant wait for tomorrow morning breakfast! I highly recommend this precious place I am in love with it!

This was one of the nicest inns we have stayed at. The rooms are very luxurious, breakfast was generous, and the hosts very friendly and welcoming. We were up for a ski weekend and are already trying to find any reason to come back so we can just stay at Gracenote Inn.

Rare Luxury and great service near Sunday River

We were on a ski trip to Sunday River for 3 days and stayed here for 2 nights. We got Room 5. Brenda and Carl are very kind and friendly. Joey is so cute, and I patted him several times. The room is very roomy and with great taste. High quality bed and linens, big shower room with fancy controls and a separate tub. The nights were very quiet, and we had very good rests after skiing. The place also runs a restaurant. We had 2 dinners there and it was great. What can be better than after skiing for a whole day, coming back to the room, taking a shower and then just going downstairs to have a great dinner? For skiing, they have free shuttle services so that we do not need to bother parking at the resort. The place is very close to the resort and only takes minutes to drive there. The breakfast they offered was great. And for first lift skiers, you can also let them know in advance and they will have a breakfast box ready in the morning to be taken with you. You can also order a lunch box and take it to the resort. We had breakfast at the inn for 1 morning and took a breakfast box for another morning to catch the first lift. For 2 days' skiing, we both ordered a lunch box. We highly recommend the GraceNote Inn & Spa and will definitely choose it again for our Sunday River ski trips in the future.

Brenda welcomed us with such a warm manner and made our stay feel as if the inn is our home during our stay. The room was immaculate and very clean. Brenda also packed us a hot and cold breakfast to go in the morning! We’ll be visiting this inn again :)

What a stunning Inn! It felt so luxurious from the well appointed bed linens to the spa like bathroom. It was truly a relaxing experience and the amazing food from the dining room was an added bonus. The staff and owners were so gracious and welcoming. This was our first visit but we can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous property, very high tech room with a fire place. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely stay there again.
