“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Stacy for the exceptional service she provided during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and fully occupied, Stacy went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have both of our rooms on the same floor. When our original room type was not available on that floor, she kindly upgraded one of our rooms to make it possible. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our stay. She also took the initiative to ensure our transportation for the following day was properly arranged by coordinating with the concierge, giving us complete peace of mind. I would also like to recognize the male concierge staff member who assisted us. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our interaction. Thanks to the outstanding service from Stacy and the concierge team, our stay was truly enjoyable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.”
