Green Door Lofts Magnolia Loft Silos Downtown | Apartment in Brazos, Waco

Walkable to amazing restaurants & attractions, very clean, comfortable beds & pillows, nice living area & kitchen, great little pool, secure entry & parking. Jim was a wonderful host & quickly answered all of my questions. Look no further if you are looking to stay in downtown Waco!

We were in town for a girls trip with my good friend and my two daughter in loves to celebrate my birthday and enjoy Silobration. The Magnolia loft was exactly as the pictures showed. Jim is a very detailed oriented and attentive host. From providing his phone number, to helping us find a restaurant open after our flight got delayed four hours- you can tell he wants his guest to feel welcomed in his town and in his lofts. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, seating, coffee, even a couple of small fans which we greatly appreciated. He has a notebook full of menus to local restaurants and things to do/see. Parking in the garage was a huge perk for us too. The lofts are only a half a mile to the Magnolia Silos, great restaurants and cute shops. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making us feel welcomed in Waco!

This is hands down the best vrbo I've ever stayed in! The loft was incredibly well appointed - Jim has thought of everything. He even provided coffee, filters & creamer in the fridge; We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were to die for. The location of the lofts was absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance to Magnolia and lots of amazing restaurants. The private garage parking was also a major perk. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellence from the location to the incredible consideration of the host Jim to the very comfortable accomodations the green loft is the very best. Walkable to everything. Very comfortable beds. Great terrace/pool area to hang out. Lots of space. Great parking. We'll be back. Beautiful.

Location to Silos is a few blocks away, well within walking distance. It is also close to several eateries and coffee shops. It is clean, well decorated and better stocked than most other VRBO’s we have stayed at. The loft owner is courteous, accommodating, and very responsive. Check in was easier with better communication than other VRBO’s, as was the check out process. We couldn’t recommend this loft more.

Ideal location close to everything yes of course the silo’s but other shopping dining etc. The property experience exceeded my expectation. Design is a 10. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Great a/c…yes that is important in Waco. Will be back

Without question the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Very nicely appointed. Generously stocked with basics like coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent and much more. The property owner could not have been nicer or more helpful! Worth the money. I will be back!

Beautifully appointed, comfortable & trendy escape in the heart of downtown. Perfect location for Baylor Bear families with several floor plans to accommodate groups of all sizes. Property Owner has thought of every detail and was a joy to communicate with. Private pool behind that beautiful green door for the ultimate & unexpected getaway!

We came to Waco for our annual girls weekend. The location of the Green Door Lofts was perfect for all the main things to do in Waco or a short drive for a few of the other things we wanted to do. Jim the host, was extremely helpful with restaurant and shopping suggestions. Our room included everything you possible need, Jim really goes above and beyond with his rentals, best one I have stayed in yet.
