“First off, not the most convenient location. The hallway carpeting has an old musty/ mouldy smell. Despite being told that it was brand new. Asked to change room, but staff was not very helpful. Window in the room was cracked. Breakfast was the only good thing about the stay.”

“I usually stay at this hotel on the right side of the building when entering the lobby and all is fine. This time, I was on the left side and it was a really bad experience. First, I waited 15 min to have someone at the reception desk to check-in. The room was worn-out and basic. It was very noisy from all sorts of AC noises around the room. The bed was very small, uncomfortable, and the "pillow" more hard small rocks than anything... That said, people are nice, food is good, it's a pity that there is such a difference between the two parts of the hotel...”
