“Beautiful room. Large and clean. Due to a thunderstorm, we wanted to do laundry. Staff was very unhelpful, saying they only took cash, no atm, and we could drive to a bankl in the thunderstorm. We never did our laundry. Our clothes were drenched from the concert outdoors.”
