“Breakfast was ok. I thought the coffee area was a little dirty; the reception and common area smelled like cigarettes, and the bed sheets smelled like someone else's perfume. I wouldn't stay again for the price I paid.”

“This one you pay for the location and the view of being in downtown Blue ridge. There is no pool but a top floor bar and cafe. It was ok the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast meh”

“The employees at the hotel were great I had to book the first one I used point and that was for Wednesday 6/17/26 Then I placed another reservation on the 06/16/26 paid with a credit card So when I had to call the 1-800 customer service to keep us in the same room Because I’m handicapped no leg and had a heart attack She was rude and I said my wife and me were not switching rooms and she said she didn’t care”

“The staff was courteous and helpful upon arrival. Although too early to check in, they allowed us to get in an hour early. Everything was nice and clean. We didn’t eat/drink on the rooftop, but we went up to see it, and the view was nice. The parking is controlled access, which is a plus. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.”
