“This was my first time staying here,location is great for me,I didn't get to do the breakfast but I'm sure it was fine.I will book again in the near future”

“One of the mattresses was the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress that I’ve ever slept on. I could literally feel the wires. The pillows were flat and flimsy and needed to be replaced. My back is still hurting 2 nights after the last night in that bed….The TV was inoperable in one of the rooms that I reserved; however, someone came and checked the TV and replaced the remote control, making the TV operate properly….There was a ring of dirt in the bathtub in one of the rooms. The front desk staff person asked to see the picture of the ring of dirt and said that she would “pass it on” to the manager, who would be on site the next day. I have as of yet to hear from the manager. The bathtub was unusable for the duration of our stay. The occupants of that room had to walk down the hallway and shower in the other room….I stayed this past Friday and Saturday night and the attendant in the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed during the rush of the last 2 hours of breakfast. She needed help keeping food stocked in the worst way. Keeping food stocked is definitely a 2-person job on weekends…. On a positive note, the facility as a whole was well maintained and appeared to be very clean. The water was very hot in the bathroom and there was great water pressure.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, so I returned three weeks later for a family reunion. After driving more than 12 hours, we checked in and found our room had a very strong pet odor. We immediately went back to the front desk.. The receptionist said she had contacted the General Manager, Cassandra, and that our options were a refund or having the room sprayed down. We decided to stay because we had booked through a third-party site and expected a refund would take time. When I asked if someone could spray the room, I was told she wasn’t supposed to leave the front desk. I suggested a housekeeper, but she said housekeeping was handled by a third-party service and no one was on duty. When my husband asked for her name, she said, “I’ve been up since 4 AM and I don’t have time for this today,”(Nakia) and then added, “Today is my last day.”That made us feel like our concerns did not matter. We carry Lysol so we sprayed the room ourselves, but the odor remained strong all weekend and made the stay very uncomfortable. At checkout, I shared my experience with the manager. She apologized and said the options we were given came directly from her. She also said they could not move us because the other rooms were inoperable. As a pet owner, this is not a complaint about pet-friendly hotels. However, a room with a strong lingering pet odor should be thoroughly treated before being rented again.”

“I have stayed in a number of Hampton Inn and this property needs to be better maintained. Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to a non-working TV and due to a key lockout due to a power surge from a storm. The staff responded very quickly reprogramming room keys for new and existing customers. All in all, the staff was expedient and friendly. Please improve the breakfast selection and quantity on the weekend. It was nearly gone at 8:30 in the morning.”

“The pictures on the Website are deceiving the entrance needs some TLC, and they don’t give clean towels unless you stay 3 days which they don’t tell you when you arrive, had to wait outside my room every time I left to come back because the key didn’t work due to mechanical issues. For what I paid truly things could have been a lot better.”

“Checking in was Horrible! When I got to the front desk I was not acknowledged. Invisible, no hi I’ll be with you in minute, nothing. I picked this because the web site says 3 pm check in. I had some where to be by 5. Tori told me they were working on it now. It’s now 4. I changed in the bathroom and to my event. I got a text at 5:18 the room was ready”
