Hawaii's Hidden Hideaway Bed & Breakfast | House in Lanikai

Beautiful area

The Hideaway was secluded and safe. The beach was a short walk away and it was tucked in the side of a mountain. I felt welcomed.

It was very close to the beach. Hearing the birds in the morning was magical. There was plenty of food and nice surprises everywhere

Came to Oahu for a 2 week honeymoon and did a stay at the Hawaii hidden hideaway for a few nights. The location is unbeatable as the beach is 5 minutes away and you don't have to find parking. There's an amazing hike with incredible views a mile away for those that like hikes. The drive in to town maybe takes ten minutes. My wife and I really wanted to love it more but the ants were pretty bad. We don't fault the host at all as the location is in a tropical paradise. However you cannot leave food or empty drinks out at all otherwise it can be overwhelming. I would recommend this to anyone as the location can't be beat. As long as you're careful with food/drink/trash its an amazing stay.

Unique location, charm, owner friendliness, comforts

My wife and I took a short trip to Hawaii and loved the place. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting along with water and fresh fruit in the kitchenette. The place was clean and the ac was cold. Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. If you are trying to decide between Kailua and lanikai for your lodging this is the place. The beach is why you are here and it is very close- don’t want to be fighting for parking as it can get very busy in the area. Loved the place and will be back soon....thanks Janice! What a beautiful place. Perfect location to the beach and the town. The accommodations were very clean and bright and so well appointed with lots of extra touches. I felt I was coming "home" every night, and so enjoyed the privacy of the unit. The town had great restaurants and even a farmers market one night. I enjoyed eating my breakfast out on the lanai in the morning, listening to the birds. A must for everyone is a walk on the beach at sunrise. I did not want to leave and am already looking forward to coming back here. If you are not happy here, you can't be happy anywhere. Recommend to family and friends.

Great value for all that you get. We loved all the goodies that were left for us and you can't beat the location. We felt that we had our own little private piece of paradise. All the nice touches you will never find in a hotel.

We have stayed at many B&Bs and this was one of the best that we have every been at. It had everything plus more for us to feel comfortable and enjoyed our privacy. The accommodations were perfect and the location was ideal. We stay here again on our next trip to the islands and recommend this to family and friends.
