“No frills, basic place to sleep in town. Air conditioner was loud but bearable. Property was clean and safe.”

“The staff was nice and helpful when needed. But this a room where you get what you paid for. If you're looking for a cheaper place to stay without the need of a lot of amenities, this place will be great for your stay. The beds and bedding were clean. The photos on the website do match the rooms. The AC worked and the water was hot. Parking was ok, but the lights were really bright at night. However up close the furniture (chair's, tables etc.) are outdated. We found our room being in a partial state of needing some maintenance and updates. The WiFi did not work, You can connect to it, but there was internet connection. And cell service in Heber is spotty. Bring a hotspot if you have one. The light in the middle of the ceiling needed a pull string to turn on and off and it didn't have the glass cover. Both beds in our room we off the frame. There was a metal frame that stuck out 3-4 inches in front of the bed and were great at stubbing toes. The sink would not drain unless you pulled the stopper out by hand. Which was great to find out after brushing our teeth. The AC worked, but it was loud. The TP holder was broken and missing, so you had to put the roll on the edge of the tub. And the decorative wall behind the lamp on the night stand was falling apart. Would I stay here again? Maybe. If the price was right.”

“The front desk staff were very kind. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The air conditioner blew cold and hot air. The tv took a bit to get working because someone had plugged the cables into the wrong spot. The door lock was missing and the door and light switch had not been washed in a loooong time. The smoke detector was disconnected and laying on a shelf. It looked like there had once been a blow dryer, but it’s was gone and the fridge was old and missing it’s shelves and freezer door. It was definitely not a luxury hotel, but it served as a place to crash for the night.”

“This place is okay. The room is only okay, nothing great or special. Everything is old and not in great shape. It looked like there was mold starting to grow around the bathroom fan/light above the shower. The mini-fridge was plugged in and turned on, but not cold. The towel holder in the bathroom looked like it had been pulled off the wall, bent, and remounted. There were brackets where old towel bars had been on the walls, but no towel bar in sight. If there is one plus, the beds are comfortable and I slept really good. The guy at the front desk was kind during check in.”

“This is a nice older hotel. The staff was helpful.”

“I was in unit 106. All the towel bars near the sink were gone. Simply missing. Toiletries were terrible. The soap bars were insufficient to bathe two bodies. The shampool was insufficient for a bald person. Television is in the room but they expect you to use your PRIME membership with Amazon to be able to watch anything good. Netflicks and YouTube were all they had. Disappointing. Definitely clean.”

“The staff were very helpful, but there were small issues with the room that needed sorted in terms of power and water temperature.”

“We stayed for the night so we didn’t have to do the drive back to Salt Lake late at night after family events. Our room was clean, our beds were comfy, nothing fancy but it’s such a great nightly deal. We felt so good here we are staying again this next weekends! 🙌”

“I was fearful after reading other reviews, but my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet was weak and yeas the hot water took a long time to get to my room, but for the price, I as happy.”
