The HH design is modern minimalist, yet comfortable and lux. Includes a living/ dining/ kitchen area, downstairs bath, upstairs bedroom with hammock deck and a warm-weather outdoor tub. Keypad code required to enter.
Living Areas:
The open living space has 12’ of sliding glass that opens to the outdoors. Great space for relaxing with a view of nature. The kitchen is designed for lite cooking - includes spices, microwave, mini refrigerator, mini freezer, convection cook top, toaster, and coffee maker. No oven.
The bathroom is located downstairs, features a concrete sink and shower. Complimentary eco-friendly toiletries are available as well as linens and robes.
The bedroom with king canopy bed and sitting area is located upstairs. The 12` sliding glass doors open to the balcony and Hammock Deck.
The two-person hammock suspended off the balcony is the most unique feature of the house. The double net hammock is perfect for relaxing, reading or napping - or just enjoying being surrounded by nature, wildlife and cool evening breezes.
Amenities include wifi, a combo mini fridge and freezer, microwave, convection stove top (no oven), coffee brewer, cookware, dishes, spices, shampoo, soap, bubble bath, sheets, towels, and hair dryer.
Outdoor Tub:
The warm-weather 6’ outdoor tub is nestled between the trees as you step off the porch and down the path. Perfect for a refreshing bath and full view of the stars. This is a warm-weather tub with running hot water intended for summer months, unless you’re looking for a cold plunge. It is NOT a “hot tub”.
BBQ Pit and Fire Pit: Charcoal and firewood provided.
Surrounded by lakes: Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake, Buchanan Dam, Lake Travis, Colorado River and Pedernales State Park. Nearby adventures include Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern and historic Fredericksburg. A great central location!
Guests have access to the Hammock House and surrounding acreage.
Guests may check in after 3:00pm and will be provided with a gate access code and separate house code. Owners are available 24/7 as needed.
The HH is on private property in the Hill Country. It is home to deer, jackrabbits, foxes, raccoons, skunks, ladybugs, and interesting insects. Owner`s residence sits at the back of the property with a separate access road. A sister property, NowHere, is located across the pasture.

We`re 7 miles south of Marble Falls. Directions will be provided when reserved.
Drive slowly. Watch for animals. Fire pit prohibited during burn ban. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
