Summary: John and Lucy were great hosts with Lucy chatting to us over breakfast giving guidance on places to visit, things to do and where to eat. The room was very high spec and much better than we expected.

Summary: I had a lovely warm welcome from Lucy and delicious breakfasts from John (perfect poached eggs!) at their beautifully-presented house less than 5min walk from the North Norfolk Railway, public transport links (bus and train) and lots of other amenities.
Room 7 is classed as a basic double, and while it’s quite a compact room up in the eaves (ideal for single occupancy and maybe not for the very tall) it makes great use of space and is very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean, with some of those little touches that often get annoyingly missed out - somewhere to put your things in the shower, adequately-sized bath towels, and a really good electric fan.
I will definitely stay at Holway House again if I’m visiting the area, and some of the other guests I coincided with were repeat visitors as well.
