“The majority of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite apart from one member of the bar staff that was serving on the day we arrived- she was very abrupt and rude to the customers she was serving who hadn't been to the pub before and not aware there was two outside seating areas. Room was clean & tidy, the drains smelt a bit in the shower but I think that's an issue due to the age of the property. Would visit again”

“Very accommodating on my mistake with checking in times! Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities (just mugs missing which were given as soon as they were aware) Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great. Limited parking is available. ”

“We booked 2x nights at the Lobster for a family break to explore the Norfolk coast. Accommodation was excellent with a room for all five of us. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and the evening meal we had in the pub was good. The Lobster is situated at the bottom of the Main street in Sheringham and a short walk from the coast. ”
