“Ranked good since the room appeared clean, and contained a coffee maker, a small fridge, and a microwave and the beds were comfy and the a/c worked. maintenances wise there was a towel rack on the back of the bathroom door that was half off and the exterior of the building needed a lot of maintenance. There was evidence that an update may be in process.”

“It was OK. It was a good location for us, and we appreciated the free parking. But the hotel had some issues. The pool was very cold and had rubble of broken concrete at the bottom, so we had a disappointed child. The bathroom door was very squeaky, which isn’t great when people need to use it at night when others are sleeping. The towels were an odd material that didn’t dry very well. And the carpet in the room had some debris, so vacuuming wasn’t the best.”

“Hotels.com should ensure that the pictures on their site are current. We arrived to a run down building and vast unkempt car park with only a few cars but a small camp of junkies. The interior of this vast hotel is really old and in need of refurbishment. The disused restaurant was full of toot, including a motor mower. Our room was on the face of it clean but my wife was far from impressed with the heavily stained pillows beneath the clean pillowcases. We didn't dare to look at the mattress!”
