“When arriving we found out the promised pool was closed (main Reading for booking since 37 degrees) and despite what the receptionist told us, hotels.com hadn’t emailed us about it. Neither the hotels website nor Hotels.com Said anything about it and we didnt want to stay. We changed hotel and did not pay for the staying at Bellecroix. ”

“This was a neat opportunity to stay in a chateau (which by definition has modern conveniences retro-fitted). The room was nice enough. The optional breakfast was quite good - and very convenient for the area. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed a picnic lunch in the yard (which has a bunch of tables set up ).”

“Beautiful property however we had a long wait to get into the property and then to check in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, upgraded our room to a larger one when they saw we had a baby. Great spot for visiting the numerous wineries on the doorstep”
