“If you don’t care about cheap linoleum, a weird smell, hard bed, and cheaper than ikea furnishings - this place is good. It’s well located and the staff are friendly. However - if a hotel is more than a place to rest your head - I’d book elsewhere. Just fyi - they take a security deposit of $250 ( more than the room price for a night) it’s not listed anywhere on hotels.com. Also they charged the wrong card - after I spoke to them twice about changing my form of payment.”

“Nice hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here and everything went smoothly. The stairs are quite steep, That wasn't a problem, but could be for anyone with limited mobility.”

“Nice room and the hotel is in a central area. The check-in was slow, as our room wasn't available at the expected time and there was a lack of information about when it would be ready, but everything was fine after that. The checkout went smoothly and the hotel got us a taxi very quickly at a peak time.”

“Great front desk service, bag storage prior to check in was a plus, clean room, spotless bathroom. Only stayed one night but excellent location to visit Old Quebec City.”

“Beautiful location and hotel. Comfortable bed and shower. Can be a bit noisy if you’re on the 1st floor, and I wish there was a way for the staff to text when your room is ready if you arrive early”
