“We chose this based on tripadvisor recommendations, and we were highly impressed. Room was very clean, generously sized and had a breathtaking view over the lake. We ate dinner in the hotel both nights, which is very unusual for us, but the food and service were so good. Most other guests were german, but we only spoke English and were very welcomed. Has a lovely terrace for breakfast and evening drink. And the local area is amazing, stunning scenery, walks by the lake through forests, so many bike paths, ski lifts, castles and more.”

“Stayed there for 3 nights in early October & booked a room with a lake view. It was well worth paying the extra for the most amazing views from the balcony of the lake & mountain. The rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and, although the staff speak limited English they are very willing to help you as much as possible with the menus. They do half board for an extra 17 euros pppn, which is excellent value for 4 courses. Plenty of choice at breakfast for all tastes, including sparkling wine. The hotel has its own day spa on site and guests are free to use the pool & Sauna during their stay. The hgotel also boasts 2 very friendly cats & a dog which gave it a very homely feel. If i had to make one small compalint is that it is very tricky to find without either Sat Nav' or a map of the local area as it's outside of town off of the 310. It does make it a much quieter location than those closer to town & the only noise you get is the sound of the cowbells in the pstures bellow. Great base for exploring the castles & local walking areas.”
