“Great value! Our only complaint was that our room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to lower the temperature. However, given it was freezing outside it was much better to be too warm!!
The restaurant was also good value and the food was excellent.”

“Terrasse is a very nice hotel. Convenient and relaxed. Very strange that the fire alarm went on both on Thurs and Sat nights - all guests out on the street - no staff present as the reception is closed. Good to know that the alarm works. Let's hope it also works when there's a real fire going on...”

“Good value accommodation
Nice room, very clean, modern, good size, shower room en suite also ok, nice décor, lots of power points, but no tea/coffee making facilities – take your own – very helpful staff, excellent location. We booked the room/meal/breakfast deal and we were not disappointed, the food in the restaurant is first class, highly recommended, will use again…….Breakfast also excellent - Great value.”
