Hotel Hubertus | Hotel in Brixen im Thale, Tyrol

“Hotel Hubertus was in a beautiful location. Google maps has the hotel up on a hill which it is not. It is close to restaurants and train station. The customer service was friendly until we had our daugter stay in our room due to an accomodation issue from another hotel. At this point the hotel became very hostle and insisted we were manipulating our stay. She didnt cause any issue other than our own inconvenience. The night before our departure the front desk was closed, the morning we left (which was early) it was also closed. We were not sure how to pay for incidentals. We left money in the room and then departed. We then received a nasty email stating that we crept out in the middle of the night and avoided our bill due. We were then threatened of consequenses to our so called action and must pay an additional 371 Euros.??? She claimed we stole robes which we never had not would be able to fit in our suitcase, pay for 3 nights for our daughters stay and local taxes. We unfortunaely had booked our room a night early and late by accident and therefore had already paid additionally for room use not ever used. We were neat and tidy and rarely there. It was unfortunate to have such a negative response to such a beautiful country.”

“Lovely clean and spacious rooms, great showers and bath. We loved the breakfast and they bent over backwards to give me great gluten- free options. Lovely place, no negatives to report. 3 mun walk to the gondolas for skiing.. enjoy.”

“Lovely hotel on the way north from Italy. The room was big and perfect with a child. The staff friendly and the surroundings nice. Only minus was no restaurant open and nothing to eat when we came. Not vent some chips. ”

“This is a nice small to medium sized hotel, well placed close to the main lift in Brixen. Yes, it really is a 4 minute walk in normal shoes (we left our skis and boots in the ski depot service provided by the hire shop). The hotel consists of two buildings connected by an underground walkway. We were able to park our car in the fully enclosed garage, which was very welcome. Due to the smaller size of the hotel, you do not get the extensive salad buffet in the evening and breakfast buffet in the morning that you get in larger 4* hotels. However, the food was excellent and service also very good, especially the freshly cooked morning eggs which were delivered to the table very quickly. ”
