“Stayed one night and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - we had to leave very early and they ensured our car was ready and had prepared us breakfast to go. Check in and parking were really made easy by them.
Room was nice, happy hour was a nice touch. Good location in a beautiful city - 10 min walk to centre but a lovely walk!”

“It’s not clear when booking that I was not in the main hotel. The tower rooms are terrible: across the street away from the breakfast room and ironing room, thin walls where you can hear door slams from the street entrance, broken cheap wardrobe furniture, and the AC is not digitized and does not cool the room at all. I was very disappointed with the accommodations. The breakfast was good with variety, and staff kind and helpful. I will not stay here again.”

“Fantastic hotel with great sized family room on two levels with super breakfast. Staff were charming, really helpful and willing to help with all requests. Hotel is literally on one of the fares to Lucca, so fantastically central for all sights but also really peaceful. 100% recommended”
