“Good area away from the crowds and close to Piazza Citadella and the Puccini museum. Very nice small restaurants around the hotel which were quieter and removed from the main tourist routes. Good hotel breakfast but unfortunately the decor is depressingly dull and let the hotel down. Our room had one small window, so not much natural light, hard bed and granite pillows. I guess fine if you not spending much time in the room or you popping sleeping tablets. Staff could exchange basic pleasantries but arranging a taxi was a bridge to far.”

“A wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - perhaps in need of a repaint (scratches/marks on walls). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient position whilst being very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amazing stay in Lucca - highly recommend. The hotel was super clean, our room was well maintained and comfortable. Location was perfect and easy to find. The hotel communication ahead of our arrival was great with top tips on parking and accessibility. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.”
