“We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’. The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel. We would highly recommend.”

“Great staff and service. The hotel is very convenient for our travelling needs. It is clean, comfortable and has a great bar and restaurant used by guests and locals alike. Excellent parking too, which is a bonus. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice including hot dishes. We will return later in the year.”

“We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive. ”

“This is an out of town hotel, ok for 1 night. Popular with coach parties. No food available until 8.30pm which was late bearing in mind we had been driving for 10 hours. Breakfast was a buffet and ok but the ‘hot’ food was cold. Staff were helpful and suggested ordering room service which stated at 8pm. When we did get an evening meal it was lovely. We would probably look to stay closer to the town but we got what we paid for ”

“Plenty of parking. Only few minutes drive into town. Did find there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms but perhaps we just had extra loud people staying around us.”

“Noisy water pipes. Hollow rooms means a lot of noise Walls not insulated so hear next door and above. Hotel is dated and in need of a full refurbishment especially bedrooms and bathrooms. Disappointing ”

“This was a repeat stay as this is our preferred hotel in Merida. Still excellent across the board. Recommended.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest. ”
