“Amazing hotel & breakfast at restaurant was out standing! Staff really nice.”

“New hotel, so it’s very clean and nice. Great area of town. Ample parking in the garage. Seemed to not have enough staff. Had to wait 15 minutes to check-in in a line, with nobody at the front desk. Assuming they are new and hiring/training more staff. Gym had everything I needed, didn’t use the pool. Nice touches throughout.”

“We stayed here for four days. When we checked in the bathroom mirror was dirty. The next day it was not cleaned and I reported it. The following day our room did not get cleaned at all, and on the last day the beds were changed and we got clean towels, but the bathroom was still dirty. Other than that, the room itself was nice, the beds were comfortable, the Fitness center was good and the pool was nice. There was free parking, which was great. A really nice coffee shop across the street.”

“First off I purchased a Mountain View and didn’t get that and I will add that to photos but the worst part is we needed a functional fridge because we had 2 toddlers around 2 and had food and ours wasn’t working. I personally turned it on max and put ice in it and told the front desk. He told me he would send someone up. We came back after 30min in the pool with the kiddos and went back up and my kiddo took a nap. We left for dinner and I asked again if someone looked at our fridge and he said “yes, they turned it up” I said that wasn’t the issue and he said call if it’s still not working. Sorry I’m not gonna call for another tech at 830 when we have kiddos going to bed. Room 348 fridge doesn’t work and you don’t have free breakfast as well so take that off your website. No Mountain View, no fridge for kid food that went to waste and no free breakfast but they put (surcharge) after it. Dumb. Waste of $350”

“Great check in experience. Gentleman was so accommodating and kind. Had a king suite. Easy parking. Very nice hotel. Stay on top floor though! We were on second floor and it was like a herd of elephants up above us. Perhaps the hotel would be loud regardless but not sure. It’s too bad.”

“Fantastic stay in a great location, close to the trail system, river and park. Lots of options for food in the area and great onsite restaurant and bar. Parking was convenient and bus pick up behind the parking structure if you want to use public.”

“The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms are furnished in a way that is not only attractive but useful, with plenty of electrical outlets and convenient hooks and shelves. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!”
