“We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. ”

“Nice clean and tidy hotel with nice staff and good rooms. Only issue we had was we cpuple hear some boom boom music, although it was quite quiet, when we wanted to try get an early night after a long days travel.”

“In the middle of the mountains, surrounded by green fields and mountain lakes, the location of this hotel is fantastic. Staff is very helpful and friendly, you can feel the extra touch of a family-managed hotel. Dinner was great every night, with fresh local products, and the rooms are very clean. “Staff were pleasant,I had arrived after the restaurant had closed, but they still provided me with a hot meal which was a nice gesture. Free garage parking for my motorcycle again much appreciated. Room was basic, window view was of the back of the fire escape stains !! Had I of known this before booking, I would not have stayed in this particular hotel room and probably not even in this hotel. The other rooms at the front and back of the hotel had superior views overlooking nice areas. If it’s only for 1 night then you can live with it, but I stayed for 2. In hindsight that was the reason why this room hung around on a number of hotel booking websites, the hotel photos where very misleading because if they had shown the fire escape view from the window in that room I definitely would not have booked. Apart from that food was good and had a friendly feel about the place, but lacks facilities,shops etc not much within reasonable walking distance. ”
