“On arrival they had no record of our reservation due to a computer problem, no idea if it was the hotel or Hotels.Com problem. Man on reception was extremely helpful and sorted a room but we had to pay again. The room was spacious and clean but someone had used the toilet and it had not been flushed! Air conditioning was very good but very very noisy.”

“The breakfast was very small, and our room still smelled like tobacco smoke. The general room and hotel were clean though, huge plus is the cute cat that lives at the Hotel. ”
