“We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.”

“This was the second Hôtel we booked through hotels.com on this trip was supposed to be a treat stay after the previous basic one and it was not good. The chat to resolve our issues went nowhere.
Pool and spa closed, no restaurant open at all, the sink in our room was broken. It was very disappointing, not made clear enough it was basically all shut still at the end of May.
Gruissan the town however is glorious.”

“Really good hotel comfortable double bed shower/bathtub plus your own balcony, didn’t use the swimming pool or restaurant so can’t comment. Good price at £60 for early September still warm 22-28 degrees ”

“Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was an adequate size with a pleasant balcony which had a pretty view over the water. The pool was a good size and clean although slightly on the chilly side. Had limited dealings with staff but everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and we weren't bothered by noise from the the casino. 5 minute walk to the marina and 15 minutes to the old town. Gruissan old town is lovely and the beach wad clean and not too busy. ”

“Stayed in November 2016. The whole hotel was undergoing a revamp. We had a new style room which was very comfy and looked good! The outside was being painted white rather than faded pink. The garden areas are kept smart.
Used the casino once which was nice and modern. Had a cocktail in the bar but wasn't very impressed with what we got for €9 each. Probably better in the summer. Didn't bother with the restaurant as it looked expensive but the car park was always full.
The location is perfect. Loads of walks and not far from the town.
We took our dog and noticed a few other people did too. Doesn't appear to be a weight limit like most other pet friendly hotels.”
