“The whole property was well maintained. Continental breakfast was good but would have been nice if food options changed more frequently. We had the same meal for 4 days in a row. Rooms were a little tight but I great shape. Towels and linens were excellent quality. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Sure walk to all places. Staff pleasant and very helpful with ideas on things to do. Great stay overall.”

“Make sure you see the picture of the actual room before you book, Our room was incredibly small, was advertised as a standard size guest room , it was a large closet , for one guest it was manageable, two way to small .”

“Our stay at Hotel Pippa room 8 for 2 nights/ 3 days was okay. The room was clean but upon arrival the blind was half falling out of its holder and eventually fell all the way down. We were able to fix it but I wish this had been fixed prior to our arrival. Additionally, the bathroom window did not stay open without being propped and the blind in the bathroom was completely broken- it could not be moved up without being propped or slanted open to let in the sunlight. The shower head was angled so that the water leaked through the shower door creating a very wet and slippery bathroom floor. Also, the bar that was advertised as being part of the hotel was not open during our stay. We know we visited the island during 'off season' but there was no notification that it would be closed or that there would not be any staff members on site. The location of this hotel was perfect and a short walk from Main street as well as the steamship authority ferry. We appreciated the included breakfast but chose to dine at a local breakfast place, Black Eyed Susans on our second morning.”

“Our room was nicer and bigger than expected. We had the standard King room. It was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was small, but nice. Cozy, well decorated breakfast room -bar. Breakfast was a fresh continental style. The Inn was Centered very close to restaurants and shops. It was a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. We would certainly stay at this hotel again!!!”
