Our stay at Hotel Post Hardermannli in Interlaken was truly unforgettable. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only professional but also genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. This place was an 8 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, and there is a grocery store nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel does provide limited free access to the bus to get around the area. I also liked there was access to a washer and dryer which you only had to get 12 CHF in coins to do a load. The only thing I didn’t care for was no elevator and no AC. They provide a small fan in the room but it wasn’t the strongest. I also happened to be there when it got hot and staying in the room was barely tolerable even with the fan on and the balcony door open. The balcony did provide a great view of the mountains. If you’re looking for something affordable and within walking distance of the train station, and you can tolerate the no elevator/no AC, then yes, consider this place. Otherwise, you may need to pay a little more for such comforts.

Cool hotel and great staff. Great location too especially near train station.

The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. My wife and I highly recommend the Hotel Post Hardermannli for your time in Interlaken.
