“I had the pleasure of staying at Roserno Hotel for more than 20 days across multiple visits between 8th and 28th March 2026, and overall it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is situated in a highly convenient area with supermarkets, shops, and food outlets nearby, making it very easy to manage day-to-day needs during an extended stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Both the rooms and bathrooms are reasonably new and designed for comfort. Hygiene standards were consistently good throughout my stays. I also found the firm queen-sized mattress particularly beneficial, as it provided excellent support for my back. A unique feature of the hotel is its rooftop experience. There are two rooftop restaurants offering pleasant city views, creating a relaxing dining atmosphere. In addition, the hotel has a large and modern karaoke club that can accommodate more than 50 people, making it an excellent venue for functions such as birthdays, gatherings, and even weddings. Room service is also convenient, with the option to order food directly from the restaurant to your room, which adds to the overall comfort—especially for longer stays. The staff and management deserve special mention. They were consistently friendly, approachable, and responsive, always ready to assist when needed. Special thanks goes to the hotel manager Shaun, who was proactive in supporting customers. Overall, Roserno Hotel offers great value for money, particularly for extended stays, combining comfort, convenience, and good facilities. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.”
