“The staff was very welcoming, a nice hotel and excellent service overall including a local breakfast with high quality meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and fruit. However, despite the new condition of the hotel, regret the walls had very little sound insulation so you could clearly hear conversations and television from all adjacent rooms.”

“Very adequate accommodation in the area. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The restaurant staff were very accommodating, despite our somewhat late arrival. The breakfast was also very nice. The entire stay was really quite pleasant. We had two rooms, but they were quite far apart, so that was a little inconvenient. It is definitely one of the better places to stay in the area of Crotone.”

“Were it not that the bar and restaurant facilities do not meet 5 star criteria I would give this hotel " the full house" - not that there is anything wrong with them. Meals were good and very well presented. The restaurant and front desk staff were fantastic. Nothing you wanted or needed was beyond their courteous service. The rooms were modern, well cleaned and provided all you could need. Positioned between the airport and the city it's location was good for business and pleasure. It is some ten years since I was last in Crotone and the San Georgio is a much better hotel than the ones available back then. I hope I will be able to return before too long.”
