Hotel San Rocco Reviews
“Beautiful old hotel on the lake front. Great outdoor areas especially the pool. Outside dining in the evening Parking available. Can highly recommended this hotel”
“The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that.”
“Had the potential to be great, but the bathroom had a leak. We reported it and the response was that we had the shower curtain on the outside of the bath, which was of course was nonsense. Our mistake - we assumed we’d be able to get a taxi or uber from train station to hotel but no. The hotel organised the tourist train to collect us, which was good. Getting to the station on checkout was an issue - in the end the hotel organised a taxi from another town to take us the 10minute drive at a cost of 70euros!”
