“So friendly and helpful. The rooms were a delight, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in the morning - sets you up for skiing! The only thing I would recommend would be adding coffee facilities in the room.”

“This hotel and staff members enjoy meeting each guest and to hear about their skiing adventures and makes notes of future requests. They set the bar so high that EVERY other hotel is a sad disappointment to guests expectations. Example: I needed to leave via taxi @ 5:10am to make it to the train station for departure. They booked the taxi for me a day ahead, arrived @ 4:40 am to allow me to eat breakfast,packed a lunch to go & carried my bags to the taxi @ 5:10am. This is 2 1/2 hours before the reception opens. They are 10s in every category, clean well furnished rooms, amazing cook, constantly notating each guests request to quickly complete. They create bonding friendships & can't wait to greet you on your next stay. This is the ONLY hotel I will use on any stay @ Lech.”
