Met by Bruno who shared lots of good info (he's english), good parking and the gate is closed at 11 so secure as well.
Nice onisite resuturant but the staff could be a bit happier in thier job.
Negative: No AC so very stuffy, can't open th window due to the midges from the lake so didn't get a great nights sleep.
Summary: A good overnight stop over.

Positive: Facilities were good position good
Negative: They had a resturant attached and we were told we could get a meal there, but without a reservation they were not interested. I explained that we had been travelling all day, but they said no booking no table, and the resturant was only half full. Very very poor.

Positive:
Very good location and free guest parking
The breakfast was excellent and very good selection of different food with fresh coffee served by a friendly staff member. Daily cleaning was great and fresh towels every day (you need these because of the shower! See below
Negative:
A lot of noisy kids around the pool but it was summer vacation so it’s expected. Our room was nice and quiet.
The shower needs a curtain - impossible to use it without flooding the floor!
Summary: Great location, comfortable room.

Positive:
Location.
Attached restaurant.
Negative:
Noise through walls and from balconys.
Balcony’s are not private.
The room (single room) contained a child-sized bed.
The single pillow supplied was the most uncomfortable pillow ever.
The shower no door or curtain - this caused the bathroom to be flooded every time I used the shower.
The shower was luke warm at best.
Coffee served as part of the breakfast was the worst I encountered in Italy.
Room cleaners barged in without knocking at 9;30 in morning.
Breakfast not served until 8:15 - probably a deliberate strategy to reduce the number of people that have the breakfast.
Staff can’t keep track of payments - they tried to charge me twice.
The outdoor pool was dirty and not heated (so not really a selling feature outside of summer).
Summary: Ok but wouldn’t recommend.
